Charing Cross Hospital had an established Trend BMS system and a number of new projects, upgrade and additions were undertaken by our Projects division.

In 2010, some Salix funding was secured for some major control system works at SMH and a BACnet BMS specification was tendered and awarded to Total Control. This amounted to nearly £1m worth of work, all of which was delivered within a finance deadline of four months.

Total Control's Maintenance division was awarded a comprehensive 24/7 Service and Support Contract at both CXH and SMH.
