Recently, we proudly announced a change in ownership to an Employee Ownership Trust  (EOT). This ownership model is a popular solution in the UK, with 50% of the growth happening since 2017 as a succession option with SMEs and family businesses, as well as a few well-known larger businesses.


We are incredibly excited about this new business model, which will protect Total Control's values and ensure its independence in the longer-term. We are a diverse company that makes us stronger and which helps us to grow individually and as a company.


The committed and collaborative approach to our work matches the collaborative investment in the business long-term. It's great to know our company ethos, values and approach will be secure and that we can all share in the value we create.
